Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. website and any cleaning service booked from our office at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO. By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning, or using this site you agree to be bound by them.

2. Service Terms
Recurring cleanings renew automatically on the schedule you select using the payment method on file. Rates are locked for the duration of continuous service; if you pause for an extended period and restart, current rates apply.
Quotes are flat-rate and based on the home details you provide. If the home differs substantially from what was described, we will contact you with a revised price before starting the work.
3. Cancellation, Holds & Refunds
Cancel recurring service any time with written notice to hello@summitfreshcleaning.com — there is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Individual visits may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start at no penalty.
Late cancellations, lockouts, and no-access visits may be billed at up to 50% of the quoted price to cover the reserved time. Prepaid cleanings that go unused do not expire while your account remains active.
4. Access, Property & Liability
You are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and pets before a visit. Please tell us in advance about surfaces requiring special care, alarm codes, or areas you would prefer we skip.
Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. is bonded and carries liability insurance. Report any damage within 48 hours of a visit so we can investigate and resolve it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to repair or replacement of the affected item.
5. Home Conduct
Our teams work in a safe, respectful environment and follow the same standard in return. We reserve the right to end a visit or terminate service for harassment, unsafe conditions, or hazardous materials in the home.
6. SMS & Marketing Consent
By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional and marketing messages from Summit Fresh Cleaning Co.. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. Changes To These Terms

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, service address, billing details, home and access details you share with our office, and any message you send through our forms.
We also collect limited technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL — through analytics and standard server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
To quote and schedule your cleanings, process payments, route the right team to your home, respond to inquiries, send service updates, and — where you have consented — send marketing about offers and seasonal services.
3. Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: payment processors, scheduling and dispatch software, email and SMS providers, and analytics tools. Each is bound to use it only on our behalf.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can block cookies in your browser settings and enable a do-not-track signal; core booking functionality may be limited if you do.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain client records for as long as your service is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and liability obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Youth program participants are registered by a parent or guardian.
