Summit Fresh Cleaning opened in 2018 with one van, a vacuum, and a belief that consistency beats marketing every time. What started as a husband-and-wife pair cleaning a handful of Boulder, CO homes grew into a family-run company caring for hundreds of clients — teachers, nurses, parents, retirees, and the occasional short-term rental — all held to the same checklist. We still assign the same cleaners to the same homes, still quote a flat price, and still know every client by name.

Every quote is a flat rate based on the size of your home, the condition it's in and the frequency you choose — never an open-ended hourly clock. You'll see the price before we book anything, and it doesn't change on the day. Get a free quote online or call (303) 555-0142.
Yes. Our teams arrive with everything — vacuums, microfiber, mops and products. If you'd rather we use a specific product you keep at home, leave it out with a note and we'll use it instead.
All three. Every cleaner is background-checked before their first visit, we carry full liability insurance, and the company is bonded. If something ever gets damaged, it's covered and you'll hear about it from us first.
Consistency. Most companies rotate whoever is available; we assign your home a set team and keep them there. Add a checklist that gets reviewed before anyone leaves and a flat price with no hourly surprises.
Most clients aren't. You can be there, leave a key or lockbox code, or let us in and head out — whatever you're comfortable with. Keys and codes are stored securely and only shared with the team assigned to your home.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, low-fragrance products that are safe around children and animals once surfaces are dry. If anyone in the house has a sensitivity or allergy, tell us on the quote form and we'll adjust the kit.

The first clean usually takes longer — we recommend starting with a deep clean so the recurring visits stay maintenance. Leave out anything you want prioritized. You don't need to tidy first; the clutter is part of the job.
